Rental Policies:

Confirmation on all reservations requires a one-night deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
A $100 security deposit or credit card imprint is required at check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations cancelled 2 weeks prior to arrival or longer, before arrival date will receive a refund (minus $25.00 administrative fee). Reservations cancelled less than 2 weeks of arrival date will forfeit one nights deposit.
